AMB Event News AMB Award
AMB Award
The AMB Award recognizes the best submitted products and exhibits that are presented at the AMB and thus provides an overview of the current state of the art in the metalworking industry. Measured against various evaluation criteria and assessed by a top-class neutral jury, outstanding exhibits and innovations in various product categories are selected.
The jury consists of important officials from the three sponsoring associations, as well as representatives from the scientific community. The close cooperation between the representatives of industry and science in selecting the award winners ensures an objective and competent assessment of the submitted exhibits and products.
Participation in the AMB Award is free of charge for all exhibiting companies. Deadline for submission: May 17, 2024.
The awards ceremony will take place at the AMB in Stuttgart from September 10-14, 2024. -

Umati (universal machine technology interface) is an initiative jointly supported by VDW and VDMA for the dissemination and use of open interface standards based on OPC UA. The special exhibition of the same name, umati, shows how machines and systems can communicate with each other or be integrated into customer- and user-specific IT ecosystems.

Tickets for AMB 2024
Use our online ticket shop to buy your admission ticket and redeem your trade fair ticket code. Particularly practical: many online tickets include free use of the Stuttgart VVS network for your arrival and departure. If available, select the public transport option and the desired travel day in the checkout.
For an additional charge, you can purchase admission tickets cashlessly at the ticket machines on site. Discounts are not applicable there and the public transport option is not available. Since there may be longer waiting times, we recommend purchasing an online ticket. - Online registration
