Additional terms and conditions for paid premium entries from providers (Premium-Light, Premium-Professional and Premium-Enterprise) on expo-smart.online (or “exposmart.online”)

With the exception of the "Starter" package and the "Premium Professional" package, provider entries are subject to a fee during the agreed test period and are only available after complete registration and activation by Expo Smart.

Use of the free “Starter” version does not include all the features of a paid premium membership and is limited to six months. The use of the free trial version “Premium Professional” includes all the features of the Premium Professional membership and is limited to the agreed period. After this period has expired, the entry will be closed unless a binding booking of a paid membership with an annual term is made in good time before the expiry.

The regular Premium Light, Premium Professional and Premium Enterprise entries are based on paid memberships (packages) with a 12-month term in the first year of membership (for information on automatic extension and cancellation periods in subsequent years, see term and termination ).

Event entries for organizers are subject to a fee, but are made available free of charge for a period of four weeks after registration and activation through Expo Smart Online. Further conditions are available upon request (via email or contact form ).

Satisfaction Guarantee

If the services do not convince the customer, the customer can withdraw from the order for their provider entry within 4 weeks of booking (with written notification via email or contact form ), regardless of the agreed term. The entry will then be deactivated immediately and no costs will be incurred.

The contractually agreed conditions apply to event entries from organizers.

Start of contract

A. The term of the free “Starter” package begins with the activation/unlocking of the membership at the agreed time.

B. The 12-month term of the paid Premium Light, Premium Professional or Premium Enterprise entries begins with the activation/unlocking of the membership at the agreed time.

C. The term of the paid event entries from organizers begins with the activation/activation of the membership at the agreed time.

Term and termination

A. “Starter” package: The free period of use ends automatically when the underlying period expiresof six months, termination is not necessary.

b. Premium Light, Premium Professional or Premium Enterprise memberships: The first year of membership lasts 12 months. It is automatically extended for another year unless canceled in writing 4 weeks before the end of the term (via email or contact form ).

C. The duration of the paid event entries from organizers is agreed individually and is part of the contract.

Billing/Delayed Payment

After activating a paid membership, the customer receives an annual invoice by email (or by post if desired); the payment deadline is 14 days.

In the event of late payment, weconfair is entitled to charge the statutory default interest in accordance with Section 288 Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) from the time the default occurs and to withhold its services for the duration of the late payment (temporary shutdown of the provider profile) and to terminate without notice after an unsuccessful reminder and setting of a grace period. All reminder costs and any damage caused by delays are borne by the customer.

The type and scope of the services included in event entries from organizers are specified in the contractual agreement.

C. The term of the paid entries of organizers is agreed individually and is part of the contract.

Billing

In the case of delayed payment, weconfair is entitled to charge the legal default interest according to § 288 para. 2 BGB (German Civil Code) from the time of default and to withhold its services for the duration of the delay in payment (temporary deactivation of the provider profile) as well as to terminate the contract without notice after unsuccessful reminder and setting of a grace period. All reminder costs as well as any damage caused by the delay shall be borne by the customer.
