- expo-smart.online (oder exposmart.online) bemüht sich um eine bestmögliche Funktionstüchtigkeit seines Service. weconfair GmbH haftet jedoch nicht für entstandene Schäden oder entgangene Einnahmen aufgrund von Fehlern, Ausfällen oder Stilllegung des Systems.
- Ohne Zustimmung durch die weconfair GmbH dürfen keine Inhalte oder Systembestandteile an anderer Stelle veröffentlicht werden.
- Ein Betreiber, der auf expo-smart.online (oder exposmart.online) nicht präsentiert werden möchte, wird redaktionell gelöscht. Hierzu reicht eine schriftliche Mitteilung des Betreibers (per E-Mail oder Kontaktformular).
- expo-smart.online (oder exposmart.online) versucht durch zahlreiche Instrumente und Maßnahmen die angebotenen Inhalte und Informationen in bestmöglicher Qualität zur Verfügung zu stellen und ständig zu verbessern. Es erfolgen jedoch alle Angaben ohne Gewähr. Der Großteil der Informationen stammt direkt von Unternehmen und Besuchern der Seite. weconfair GmbH haftet nicht für die Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit oder Aktualität der veröffentlichten Informationen (Texte, Daten, Preise, Bilder etc.). Außerdem wird keine Gewähr übernommen für Inhalte, auf welche in diesem System verlinkt wird (Links auf externe Seiten).
- Alle Nutzer des Systems (sowohl Betreiber als auch Besucher) stimmen ein, dass alle Inhalte und Informationen (Texte, Daten, Bilder etc.) welche von diesen eingegeben oder bestätigt werden, sowohl im Internet als auch in gedruckter Form frei veröffentlicht werden dürfen. Die Inhalte können insbesondere nicht nur auf
expo-smart.online (oder exposmart.online) angezeigt werden, sondern (z.B. im Rahmen von Content-Sharing) auch auf anderen Seiten. Die Nutzer garantieren, Inhaber sämtlicher Rechte an den von ihnen eingegebenen Inhalten zu sein und gewähren der weconfair GmbH unentgeltlich ein sachlich, räumlich und zeitlich unbeschränktes Nutzungsrecht dieser Inhalte. Durch das Bereitstellen (Hochladen) von Bild- oder sonstigen Daten erklärt der Benutzer ausdrücklich, dass diese Daten keinerlei Rechte von Dritten verletzen und gegen keinerlei gesetzliche Bestimmungen verstoßen. Weiters erklärt der Bereitsteller, dass er über die erforderlichen Urheber-, Bildnis- und Fotorechte für die Bereitstellung verfügt und unser Unternehmen und dessen Angehörige gegenüber Ansprüchen von Dritten schad- und klaglos hält. - Die Nutzer gewährleisten, dass die von ihnen eingegebenen Inhalte nicht vertraulich sind und nicht gegen geltendes Recht verstoßen. weconfair GmbH behält sich das Recht vor – sofern es aus rechtlichen Gründen nötig oder sinnvoll erscheint – ohne Benachrichtigung des Nutzers jedoch unter Wahrung des Urheberrechts, Inhalte der Autoren ganz oder teilweise zu löschen oder zu ändern.
- Wesentliche Teile der Inhalte dieses Systems werden nicht redaktionell, sondern z.B. durch Betreiber oder Besucher verwaltet. Illegale oder anstößige Inhalte können durch ein im System eingebautes Melde-System rasch und einfach an die Redaktion gemeldet werden und werden nach einer redaktionellen Überprüfung schnellstmöglich gelöscht. Zur Meldung solcher Inhalte verwenden Sie das integrierte Kontaktformular. Eine vollständige und sofortige Überprüfung aller Inhalte (welche sich zum Teil ständig ändern) ist jedoch nicht möglich. Für die Legalität der Inhalte sind die jeweiligen Autoren selbst verantwortlich. Durch die Veröffentlichung der Informationen durch die weconfair GmbH bzw. das Abrufen solcher durch den Nutzer erfolgt keine verbindliche Auskunft oder Beratung. Die Nutzer erklären sich damit einverstanden, diese Inhalte auf eigenes Risiko zu nützen. Dies gilt auch für die von jedermann editierbaren Teile des Systems, es handelt sich dabei um öffentliche Kommunikation.
- Es ist den Nutzern nicht erlaubt, persönliche Daten anderer Nutzer oder deren Informationen zu sammeln oder zu veröffentlichen.
- Die im System zur Verfügung stehenden Kontaktformulare dürfen lediglich für den jeweils gedachten Zweck verwendet werden (z.B. Anfrage an einen Anbieter). Die Verwendung dieser Formulare zur Übermittlung von Werbebotschaften oder Spam-Mails ist untersagt.
- Soweit rechtlich möglich, haftet weconfair GmbH nicht für Schäden, die durch Viren oder sonstige Datenanordnungen in den auf den Webseiten dargestellten Inhalten verursacht werden.
- Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, soweit dem keine international zwingenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften entgegenstehen. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz der weconfair GmbH. Diese Nutzungsbedingungen und AGB gelten auch dann, wenn die Nutzung der Webseiten von außerhalb der Europäischen Union oder außerhalb Deutschlands erfolgt, ungeachtet der Staatsangehörigkeit des Nutzers.

Anbieter-Einträge sind mit Ausnahme des Pakets "Professional-Test" kostenpflichtig und erst nach vollständiger Registrierung und Freischaltung durch Expo Smart verfügbar.
Die Nutzung der kostenlosen Version "Professional-Test" beinhaltet alle Features der Professional-Mitgliedschaft und ist befristet auf den vereinbarten Zeitraum. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist wird der Eintrag stillgelegt, sofern nicht rechtzeitig vor Ablauf die verbindliche Buchung einer kostenpflichtigen Mitgliedschaft mit jährlicher Laufzeit erfolgt.
Die regulären Light-, Professional- und Enterprise-Einträge basieren auf kostenpflichtigen Mitgliedschaften (Paketen) mit einer 12-monatigen Laufzeit im ersten Jahr der Mitgliedschaft (Hinweise zur automatischen Verlängerung und Kündigungsfristen in den Folgejahren siehe unter Laufzeit und Kündigung).
Event-Einträge für Veranstalter sind kostenpflichtig, werden aber nach Registrierung und Freischaltung durch Expo Smart Online für einen Zeitraum von vier Wochen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Weitere Konditionen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich (per E-Mail oder Kontaktformular).
Zufriedenheitsgarantie
Falls die Leistungen den Kunden nicht überzeugen, kann dieser unabhängig von der vereinbarten Laufzeit innerhalb von 4 Wochen nach Buchung von der Bestellung seines Anbietereintrags zurücktreten (mit schriftlicher Mitteilung per E-Mail oder Kontaktformular). Der Eintrag wird dann umgehend deaktiviert und es fallen keinerlei Kosten an. (Bei Buchung nach Nutzung des befristeten kostenlosen Professional-Test-Accounts entfällt diese Möglichkeit zur Kündigung innerhalb von vier Wochen und eine Kündigung ist erst zum Ende der 12-monatigen Laufzeit möglich.)
Für Event-Einträge von Veranstaltern gelten jeweils die vertraglich vereinbarten Konditionen.
Vertragsbeginn
B. Die 12-monatige Laufzeit der kostenpflichtigen Light-, Professional- oder Enterprise-Einträge beginnt mit der Aktivierung/Freischaltung der Mitgliedschaft zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt.
C. Die Laufzeit der kostenpflichtigen Event-Einträge von Veranstaltern beginnt mit der Aktivierung/Freischaltung der Mitgliedschaft zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt.
Laufzeit und Kündigung
B. Light-, Professional- oder Enterprise-Mitgliedschaften: Im ersten Jahr der Mitgliedschaft beträgt die Laufzeit der Light-, Professional- oder Enterprise-Einträge 12 Monate. Sie verlängert sich jeweils automatisch um ein weiteres Jahr, sofern nicht 4 Wochen vor Ende der Laufzeit schriftlich gekündigt wird (per E-Mail oder Kontaktformular).
C. Die Laufzeit der kostenpflichtigen Event-Einträge von Veranstaltern wird individuell vereinbart und ist Vertragsbestandteil.
Bei Zahlungsverzug ist weconfair berechtigt, ab dem Zeitpunkt des Verzugseintritts die gesetzlichen Verzugszinsen gem. § 288 Abs. 2 BGB zu berechnen und seine Leistungen für die Dauer des Zahlungsverzugs zurückzuhalten (vorübergehende Stilllegung des Anbieterprofils) sowie nach erfolgloser Mahnung und Nachfristsetzung fristlos zu kündigen. Sämtliche Mahnungskosten sowie etwaige Verzögerungsschäden gehen zu Lasen des Kunden.
Art und Umfang der enthaltenen Leistungen bei Event-Einträgen von Veranstaltern werden in der vertraglichen Vereinbarung festgelegt.

- By using this service, you accept these terms of use and the general terms and conditions.
- These terms of use and conditions and disclaimers of liability are also applicable as part of all Internet services of weconfair GmbH from which you have been referred to this page.
- expo-smart.online (or exposmart.online) is basically available to visitors free of charge, but registration is required for some of the content. Providers (hereinafter also referred to as "operators") can use the "Professional-Test" package free of charge for the agreed period after registration and activation. After expiration of this period, the entry is automatically deactivated, unless the binding booking of a paid membership with an annual term is made in good time before expiration (for details see point 17). Furthermore, during the term of their memership, providers can have events entered free of charge and link them to their profile. weconfair GmbH reserves the right to ban operators or visitors from the system without giving reasons and without prior announcements and to delete or modify content. This applies in particular to illegal or immoral content.
- expo-smart.online (or exposmart.online) strives towards the best possible functionality of its service. weconfair GmbH, however, is not liable for damages incurred or lost revues due to defects, failures, or shutdown of the system.
- No content or system components may be published elsewhere without the consent of weconfair GmbH
- An operator who does not wish to be presented on exposmart.online (or exposmart.online) will be deleted by the editors. A written notification from the operator (via e-mail or contact form) is sufficient for this purpose.
- expo-smart.online (or exposmart.online) attempts to make available in the best possible quality and to constantly improve the contents and information offered through numerous instruments and measures. No responsibility, however, is accepted for the accuracy of the information. Most of the information directly comes from operators and visitors. weconfair GmbH is not liable for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information published (texts, data, prices, images, etc.). In addition, no liability is accepted for contents to which links are provided in this system (links to external sites).
- All users of the system (operators as well as visitors) agree that all content and information (texts, data, images, etc.) which are entered or confirmed by them, may be freely published both on the Internet and in printed form. The content may in particular be displayed not only on exposmart.online (or exposmart.online), but also on other sites (e.g., in the context of content sharing). The users guarantee to be the owners of all rights to the content entered by them and to grant weconfair GmbH free of charge a factually, spatially, and temporally unlimited right of use of these contents. - The contact forms available in the system may only be used for the purpose intended in each case (e.g. enquiry to a provider). The use of these forms for sending advertising messages or spam mails is prohibited.
- As far as legally possible, weconfair GmbH is not liable for damages caused by viruses or other data arrangements in the content presented on the web pages.
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, as far as no internationally compelling legal regulations oppose this. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of weconfair GmbH. These terms of use and general terms and conditions shall also apply if the websites are used from outside the European Union or outside Germany regardless of the nationality of the user.

The use of the free version "Professional-Test" includes all features of the Professional-Membership and is limited to the agreed period. After expiration of this period, the entry will be deactivated unless a binding booking of a paid membership with an annual term is made in good time before expiry.
The regular Light-, Professional- and Enterprise-Entries are based on paid memberships (packages) with a 12-month term in the first year of membership (for information on automatic renewal and notice periods in subsequent years, see Term an Cancellation).
Event entries for organisers are subject to a fee, but are made available free of charge for a period of four weeks after registration and activation by Expo Smart Online. Further conditions and extension options are available on request (by e-mail or contact form).
If the services do not convince the customer, he/she can withdraw from the order within 4 weeks of booking with written notice (by email or contact form), regardless of the agreed term. The entry will then be deactivated immediately, and no costs will be incurred. (In the case of booking after the use of the free "Professional-Test" account, this option to cancel within four weeks does not apply and cancellation is only possible again at the end of the 12-month term).
For event entries by organisers the contractually agreed conditions apply in each case.
Start of contract
B. The 12-month term of the paid Light-, Professional- and Enterprise-Entries begins with the activation of the membership at the agreed time.
C. The term of the paid event entries of organisers begins with the activation of the membership at the agreed time.
A. "Professional-Test" package: The free usage period ends automatically with the termination of the agreed test period, no cancellation is required.
B. Light-, Professional- and Enterprise-Memberships: In the first year of the membership, the term of the Light-, Professional- and Enterprise-Entries is 12 months and is automatically extended for a further year in each case, unless notice of termination is given in writing (by e-mail or contact form) 4 weeks before the end of the term.
C. The term of the paid entries of organisers is agreed individually and is part of the contract.
After activation of a paid membership, the customer receives an annual invoice by e-mail (also by post if desired), the payment period is 14 days.
In the case of delayed payment, weconfair is entitled to charge the legal default interest according to § 288 para. 2 BGB (German Civil Code) from the time of default and to withhold its services for the duration of the delay in payment (temporary deactivation of the provider profile) as well as to terminate the contract without notice after unsuccesful reminder and setting of a grace period. All reminder costs as well as any damage caused by the delay shall be borne by the customer.
